I've not had them, but these Iceland crunchies look pretty awesome, like Tater Tots with bacon:  http://groceries.iceland.co.uk/iceland-potato-and-bacon-crunchies-550g/p/51218?reviews=true

You can definitely get hash browns and I swear I've gotten really small hash brown squares, which were just like Tater Tots (but this was years ago and may have been discontinued)

In Spain, one of the tapas is a giant tater tot .  If you order a drink they might give you one for free.

The only hash browns I've come across in the UK are these small triangle-shaped ones:

That giant hash brown looks like a potato pancake that they make in Eastern Europe.  Nice!

Thanks.  When I first started making them, they were much smaller.  But then my husband bought a bigger pan just for Potato Day (and I only use it for making hashbrowns... and pizza that one time*  ::) ).  So then we started having hashbrowns the size of dinner plates.

* This is how you pizza, right?

I bake a lot and all the seasonings you listed I've easily found or I know I can get.

Onion powder was a bit tricky, but you can sometimes find it in the Indian section (Natco brand). I use onion granules and it works fine for me.

You can find Sriracha in the supermarket, but we usually get it from Chinatown (the garlic Sriracha is super yummy).

I make my own applesauce since the applesauce here seems to be sold more to eat with meat dishes. I use my homemade applesauce as an egg replacer when baking.

For the garlic and ginger, look in the Indian section for glass jars of the minced stuff.

You can buy pre-sliced packaged onions in you're really sensitive. They have some in the fresh fruit and veg section (near the packaged salads, I think) and they've got more in the freezer section.

You can get tortillas here, but don't expect anything authentic. We get tortilla wraps from the bread section and they work fine for us.

Sometimes I have to hunt for it, but canned pumpkin can be found. It's not popular, it might be seasonal, I can never remember where it is in the shop and the assistants usually have no idea, but chances are, it's somewhere. I've had good luck at Whole Foods.

The main supermarkets are Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose. You can always search online and see if something comes up.

I bought a pot of powdered peanut butter last year when I was visiting my parents, just because it was weird.  It's still sealed, because I have no idea what to do with it.

If you are into smoothies, you can add it to those. Chocolate,  peanut butter and avocado with some milk or cream.

Or add it to cream cheese frosting to put on a cake or just to eat with a spoon.

I brought a huge jar when I moved because I loved it when I was in my super healthy mode and thought I would get back into it here. I haven't and my powdered peanut butter is still in the cupboard.

It is really good in smoothies.

Tater tots, for me, are merely a ketchup delivery system.  I don't really like them, but with enough ketchup, I can appreciate a small portion.  I also, and similarly, do not like McDonald's "hasbrowns".  But have you tried satisfying your tater tot craving with a trip to McDonald's during breakfast hours?

Speaking of hashbrowns, I didn't go to Waffle House much in the 'States, but after moving here I missed their hashbrowns.  I tried to explain it to my husband and failed (he thought McDonald's were what hashbrowns are), so I made some.  He just watched me grating my potatoes with that skeptical look he has any time I introduce him to American things (pot roast!)... but after he tried them, hashbrowns (with eggs and toast) became a breakfast regular at the weekend until we moved to the house-without-a-kitchen.  This was one of our last Potato Day breakfasts, after our toaster broke so I started making the toast in the skillet:

Looks soooo good!

I mastered copying Waffle House cheese eggs.  My husband also loves them.
