Accomodation evidence?
« on: August 18, 2017, 04:20:53 PM »
":accommodation details with a supporting letter from the occupant/ landlord
confirming that you are able to stay there."

Is this a, and/or question? I can't get permission from the landlord till I'm in the country, and have a background check done?

                     Thanks in advance.

You MUST have:
- a valid original tenancy agreement (usually just in the UK sponsor's name as the applicant can't legally be added yet)

- a letter of from the homeowner/landlord saying they don't object to you also living the property after the visa has been issued.

It doesn't have to be a binding thing - the letter just has to say that they don't object to another person (you) living in the property/being added to the tenancy once you have your visa and have arrived in the UK.
