Hi everyone! I'm new here. I've been lurking for a couple weeks. I signed up and didn't figure out till just now I needed to pay the donation to start posting.
I currently live in California but if all goes well I'll be moving to London before the year is over to be with my husband.
We met in November 2014 while he was on a trip here in California. We became close friends at first and kept in contact after he went back. It felt like we'd known each other forever. We both had fallen completely in love but didn't admit it until the next time we saw each other which was 5 months later. Since then we've had numerous trips back and forth, him here and me there. In June of this year we got married here in California and we're now anxious to begin our life together in the same time zone
We're in the final stages of gathering documentation and hope to get it all sent out within the next two weeks. I'll probably be posting my document check list today or tomorrow. Hopefully some of you can give me some feedback. I'm so excited about this next chapter in my life, with the love of my life on a whole different continent! I'm also very nervous about the visa process and just hoping I don't forget anything and that it will get approved without any trouble.
