Helloo from a long time lurker

Hi, myself and my husband have been following the spouse visa thread for a few weeks now, and decided to join up today. we are currently on  business day 23 of our wait, and it's driving me somewhat crazy :/ (I am the UK sponsor and he is my American husband)

first met July 2012
got engaged 31st March 2017
married on 4th July 2017
online application Aug 2nd
biometrics done/Documents sent Aug 8th
Documents received in Sheffield Aug 10th
Decision email - Sept 21st
Visa approved -Sept 22nd :D
flight booked for 6 Oct

Hi, welcome!  Have you been married for very long?  Were you living with him in the US and now you're returning to the UK, or is this a new marriage (congratulations!..?)?

14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

thanks :) We married in the states on July 4th this year, never lived together as such, only during trips to visit each other.
