I am sceptical of "unboned" but won't raise a query.
I just hope that more people will ignore the fatalism of the argument that we are beyond repair. We are not beyond repair. We are never beyond repair. - AOC

Yeah, deboned = bone removed, unboned = bone in.  :)

I was thinking of you last night Nan when I was looking for bone in, skin on chicken breasts at Tesco.  Easily found at mine, so we must like them in this neck of the woods.

Cranberries will be easy to find soon, as nctami72 says.

Fresh cranberries won't be the right shape.  You'll have to get a mold so they look right

This!  Though the colour doesn't look quite right.   ;)

It does look a bit like a Damien Hirst frozen blood sculpture.

You're in Glasgow?  You should be able to find a kosher butcher, kosher supermarket, or kosher deli.  They will 100% have what you are looking for.

If you go to a butcher or supermarket you may be able to get fresh boilers.  Sometimes whole birds, sometimes half birds, but always with the skin and bones.  Almost guaranteed also, you can find a 5kg bag of frozen boiling quarters.  It's usually 3 breast/wing quarters and three leg/thigh quarters.  This chicken can be cooked from frozen.
