My attorney never mentioned it so I didn't think about it. I only have a speeding ticket and parking tickets so I'm okay

So my package arrived today at the UPS center.  I picked it up, sat in my car and called my husband so we could open it together.  I pulled out the paperwork and right on top was my passport with my spouse visa in it and the paperwork stating I was approved.  I started crying for joy and a huge weight fell from my shoulders.  My husband said he knew it would be okay and we are going to book my flight in a few hours, I finally get to see him and start my life with him.  I want to thank all of you for your support because it truly made a difference for me to have you all here.  I couldn't have found a better, more positive group of people and I feel very lucky to have found you and this forum.

Thank you! We are so happy, I will be there in time for his birthday.  I've got my flight booked and just wrapping everything up.  It's still sinking in that I get to start my life with him. I am so thankful.

It will probably feel like a holiday at first and you'll get giddy all over again when you finally realise there is no return flight and you don't have to go back. I remember all my trips were about 2 weeks long so at the 3 week mark after moving over, I still couldn't believe it was real and that I didn't have to go back without my husband! The only other time it hit me was when my parents dropped us (he flew over to fly back with me because I'm verryyy anxious about flying) off at the airport and we said goodbyes to my family..
