Hi! I am on my fiancee visa. I will be flying out to the UK Dec 3rd and my employment ends Dec 2nd! I will have been employed all of 2017 in the US sans 1 month. I am wondering if I should just file the way I have using a service like Turbo Tax or is that one month living on the visa but not employed yet mess up my filing ( or rather needing to file in another way or through another format)
Just wondering if anyone has had experience in a similar situation.

I would just file in the normal way. We arrived in the UK last May and filed our US 2016 taxes using TurboTax as we usually do earlier this year.
Dual USC/UKC living in the UK since May 2016

You may have to file an FBAR & mention a foreign bank account on Schedule B.
