Is there a way you can get another passport? I can get my Italian passport through my great grandfather.
Can he move to France?
There’s always a backup plan, you just have to see through the fog

I try to see through the fog, but it’s very difficult, taking into account that previous application was refused incorrectly (mp still tries to fight). I am not sure that the second will be approved. We didn’t go through appeal process because it’s nonsense to wait for 1-2 years.
I have possibility for French passport, but it’ll take 18 months, and who knows what will happen after Brexit. If I continue living in the same way, I will finish up in mental institution.
My husband can move to France but he doesn’t speak French = He is unemployable in France. That will put us in situation when i will be working alone for a year or more. And I have just stopped my business operations, so it’ll take some time to hire new people and find new projects. Alternatively Canada or Switzerland are the options... but we will be foreigners there.
I always had perfect immigration history, never overstayed, never had any rejections, travelled all over the world. I expected to be rejected on a different reason, but not my English test which was correct. I only didn’t state the IELTS number in the application, but attached the test itself.

Thank you so much @larrabee and @KFdancer for all your support.
I was just wrongly expecting to have a decision in 30 business days again. Maybe I just need to pick up the kitty and wait for the decision together. Although if the positive decision arrives earlier than end of May, then I won’t be able to travel to the UK immediately.

If it doesn't suit you to move immediately, depending on the timing and the dates  that the vignette is valid, you can always travel to the UK briefly to pick up your BRP and then return later, when you are ready.  :)

Oh @Katie_France I’m sorry it’s taking so long! I’m praying for a quick resolution and approval for you. Maybe tomorrow’s your day. I know this has been very hard on you.

Bbkrhm, I have no idea how you are holding on - it’s ridiculous!

Haha nor do we! We've just tried to stop thinking about it or counting days. Resigning ourselves to at least 60 days even though we haven't had any emails at all.

It must be something to do with us we suppose but trying not to go round and round trying to work out what that is!

We have a trip booked for this Friday though so just concentrating on that and having a lovely week together.

Haha, that's what we are trying to portray at least! If we say that we aren't worried/stressed enough times it makes it real, right?

I was thinking about it yesterday & it’s been a month since they had our documents. I know, we can’t count anything but business days but in real time...maybe this week we hear something. I’m trying to be more hopeful this week  ;D

Well I was a crying mess last week lol. I just keep thinking, if I put out more positive vibes then it's bound to come back tenfold. It's worth a shot anyway  ;)
