It’s an approval for me as well! Feeling SO relieved! And congrats to everyone else who got some good news too 😊

For those of you still waiting, I’m so sorry. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be 🙁

Congratulations!  :)

Congratulations to those who have received positive decisions!  :)

I figured I'd give an update on our visa. We're still waiting to hear anything (it's been 45 business days now), and I sent a message to my MP on Friday, which I'm still waiting for a response to. Really hoping we hear something soon...

Anybody aware of the actual decision making process once the documents received email has come through? Been looking on other immigration boards and it seems the stages are OPEN - AWAITING DECISION - DECISION MADE. If so I’m assuming that the awaiting decision made stage would mean it’s sat on the ECO desk? If anyone could confirm or debunk this then please feel free.

Most of the time is spent waiting in line for the application to be picked up. Once that happens, the decision is made usually in a couple of hours. :)

No, still waiting also unfortunately.

It is indeed terribly frustrating. Our docs have been there since Dec 22nd  >:(

We did, and my wife is, yes. It's not been quite how we expected our first few months of married life to be. :(

If it's any encouragement to you we have been the longest waiting for a while, and I expect to find (whenever we do manage to coax a response out of UKVI) that they've either miscategorised our application or marked it as complex without notifying us, so you're not likely to be waiting anywhere near as long as we have. Hopefully, at least!

When you mailed it, did you place your Priority Processing receipt on the very top of your documents, and did you write SETTLEMENT PRIORITY SERVICE in very large letters on the outermost packaging?

I'm sorry you've been waiting so long as to everyone I'm sorry we are all going through this crap process... hopefully we all hear something soon !!!!

I keep getting emails from airlines for overly cheap deals to London for February.. it just gets me more and more upset every time I look at them ... I know we all miss our loved ones and it's hard esp this time of year in winter .. but at least we all know we're not in this alone !! This forum is not only an amazing tool and the people are so helpful but it's also such a great support group !! As to my friends and family that don't really know how his all works .. It's nice to know that u can vent to people and they know exactly what you are going through and can relate .

I have no idea, as it was our lawyer who submitted the documents. It's yet another of the things I suspect she may have got wrong. We'll find out eventually, I guess.
