Okay, it looks pretty good, you don't need the council tax bill for the UK flat, as it does not prove ownership of the property (anyone can be named on the council tax, even if they do not own)

Also, I don't think you need to include both the Land Registry and the Deeds... just one is fine. Usually people send the Land Registry document.

Normally, if you're staying with family (or a family-owned home), the accommodation evidence consists of:
- letter of permission from the homeowner
- Land Registry document for the property

Make sure you place the receipt for priority processing on the very top of the pile.

And I would include a couple of utility bills or insurance documents if you have them, just to mix it up a bit with the relationship evidence.

I actually forgot to do that.  I was so nervous when I was on my way to mail it out that I put the return shipping label on the top of the pile.  Then when I got home I realized it was supposed to be the priority receipt!  We had it listed in our table of contents so I knew they'd be able to find it if they looked for 3 seconds, but that didn't stop me from panicking the whole time  :)
Applied from Sin City, USA
Submitted online priority spouse visa Nov 2nd
Biometrics appointment completed Nov 6th
Package mailed to Sheffield Nov 6th
Received in Sheffield & e-mail received Nov 8th
Decision e-mail received Dec 5th
Approved or denied?    Approved!  Received Dec 7th

I was going to say try not to worry but I know that's impossible! Instead I'll wish you speedy processing and best of luck!  ;D
