Looks good, but you don't need the housing report, and I would take out the brackets after the photos in the relationship section, so you have (just added a couple of things in blue):

Just received his paperwork. I have official bank statements from August 11 2017 to feb 22 2018 and then I have printed online copies with a letter certifying that the copies are valid from August 1 2017 to march 12 2018. Which do I send? I’m cutting it very close sending the official ones. I show I’m at 27 days with those

Waiting to make sure it’s right before I confirm my application and book my biometrics.

Any one know?

What date in August do the bank statements start?

What are the dates of the payslips you are using?

The bank statements are August 1 and the pay stubs are August 11.

I’m worried about which to send because of cutting it so close with the ‘within the 28 days of application’ Part  :-\\\\

What date is the last payslip?

You need to count back 6 months from that date and then make sure both the bank statements and payslips cover the entire 6 months AND that the last payslip and bank statement are dated within 28 days of applying.

March 9 on the payslip. March 12 on the statements. I have more than six months on both. It’s the bank statement being last dated feb 22 that’s worrying me.

If you are using a March payslip, you need to include the March bank statement.  :)

Are the bank statements that your fiance printed off stamped on each page?  If so, I'd include those.

They aren’t stamped on each page but they do have a letter from the bank stating ‘the statements provided August 2017-February 2018 were provided directly from TSB’.

So I can include the official feb ones if I take out the March payslips?

What you need to include is:
- Payslips covering September 9th to March 9th
- Bank statements covering September 9th to March 9th.

It doesn’t matter if the bank statements go a bit further either side of those dates... they just can’t start after Sept 9th or end before March 9th... the must show the deposit of every payslip.

Ok. So are the online ones ok to use since they have the letter accompanying them?

So you could just use the online printed bank statements dated up to March 12th with the letter.

is it ok that the letter says February instead of March but it’s dated March 15 and stamped with a TSB date stamp for March 15?

What does the letter say?
