My husband filled out an application for council housing for part-buy housing. Supposedly, if I understand correctly, you buy part of the house/flat and rent the remaining percentage. The reason I'm posting is because he put me down on the application as well, because I'm his spouse.
Now, I've heard of coucil housing before, where they give you free housing, but is part-buy housing still getting public funds? Should I have been listed on the application? I'm confused.
