I don't know where to start..

I am a US Marine currently serving in Iraq. I'm working on my associate's in business admin, not sure why and is it what i should go for? in the corps, i am a hydralics/pneumatic mechanic going to school to be a NDT (Non Destructive Test technician). Is that an 'in demand' enough job? am i qualified enough to attempt to get a worker's visa and how do i find employers to sponsor me when i get out? i have no clue what direction to go!! lol help
