Oh, I had whole wheat pita with M&S reduced fat hummous, tomatoes, and falafel balls. Yum.
There are a lot of hummous lovers here!  ;D

Guac and chips.  Typical non-healthy weekend lunch. :(

I had guac for breakfast on Thursday and Friday!  No chips... just guac and a spoon!  ;)

Today I've packed a Hemp 9 Bar for my snack, sliced strawberries with blueberries, a large pile of fresh baby spinach leaves, and leftover brown rice with a stiry-fry of tofu, Chinese leaves, oyster mushrooms and red peppers (those longs ones, not bell--can't remember the name of them!).

I'm working 9-7 today, hope this will be enough!

My mouth actually started salivating when I read this line - I grew up eating this once a  week. Ummmm.

Thanks for the memory.
