Okay, thanks.
I think it was probably one of the options I unclicked when buying the priority service as I didn't realise that was the return labels. It really didn't make it very clear. Plus the instructions on the info sheet list these as separate steps. They really need to make things clearer.
Anyway, we probably need to try and calm down, go to bed and deal with this all in the morning with clear heads.
We'll head to the local UPS first thing and fingers crossed everything will finally be done.
Thanks again larrabee for all your feedback and help.

Just got back from the local UPS and after a little confusion (of course) all was sent.
Phewwwww....

Time to try and de-stress and enjoy my last day with my wife (this trip) before flying back to the UK tomorrow.
Keeping everything crossed it won't be too long before she can join me.

@larrabee Many thanks, it certainly feels good to finally have this out of our hands. As with most people going through all this it sure does take things to a whole new level of stress. However it would have been way more stressful without this wonderful forum and all the help and advice you and others have given  ;D

I must chime in with a hearty THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to everyone here for helping us through this Kafka-esque maze. The quick replies and calm advice were invaluable to our mental state through this journey :o :o :o. Now it's at least out of our hands and based on someone else's decision. We did everything right....

We did everything right....

And that is exactly what you want to be able to say to yourself during the wait. Good job!  :)

After the situation with some unfortunate folk on here getting tracking notifications saying their packages were refused or returned from the scanning hub we were relieved to see the UPS tracking update that ours was successfully delivered this morning.

Phewwwww.
Now the waiting really begins.

Ours arrived in NY today too :) We were also nervous about it being refused all weekend. Was your received by someone called Cindy and left at the mail  room?
