Best: At least I wouldn't look soggy when I got to work since I was off, and there is a chance to hide indoors and read all day.

Worst: Having to be soggy or postpone any outdoor plans.

Learning a new craft.

Worst: Getting frustrated/confused when not I'm learning quick enough with said craft.

Best: Companionship and lots of laughs (depending on the pet and his/her antics).

Worst: Cleaning up messes/litter.

New jobs

Best:  You get to be somebody new, someone that can be a different person in the work environment.

worst: Trying to convince yourself that you've changed when you haven't.

Best - All their wisdom and wonderful stories.

Worst - Knowing your time with them is short.
Mine are still in their early 60s but I am not looking forward to that day.

A new phone.

Best: No adverts and recording more than one thing at once.

Worst: Finding time to watch all the things you record.

Phones that do everything.

Best: It really enables you to accomplish many parts of life remotely.

Worst: they are a major contributor to the short attention span, "always have to be doing something" society we have become.

Best: One stop shopping.

Worst: They are slowly but surely killing off family owned businesses because of their convenience and lower prices due to the fact they buy in volume and get things at a lower price so they can sell it on at a lower price than the smaller shops.

Best: it's cheaper than Diet Coke and the BF loves it and prefers it to Diet Coke

worst:  I don't like it and only drink Diet Coke (aside from the tesco brand berry flavored squash I drink when I can't drink my fill of DC)

I don't think there can ever be a 'best' when it comes to a true addiction.  Even if it's something healthy (like running, or a certain food), because the word addiction implies that something is way off balance and that thing is controlling *you*, not the other way around.

Worst:  Everything

Best: Happy mixture of fresh air, sunshine and gorgeous views.

Worst: Itching, burning eyes, sneezing and all the unfun stuff that comes with having allergies. (But I go out anyway.)

Coming home from a trip.
