Correspondence to show cohabitation (for FLR(M)

My wife will not be applying for FLR(M) until 2026 but I have been converting utility bills etc. into joint names.

Thames Water have added her as an "additional account holder" to our water bill. She is identified as that on the paper bill but the bill is addressed to only me. Bizzarely, Thames Water say that they are not able to address the bill to both of us because their software does not allow it.

Will this meet the evidential requirement or do both of our names have to appear in the address field?

That’s fine - as long as both of your names are printed somewhere on the document, it’s not an issue.
