I don't see your accommodation requirement evidence on your list (also, I have rearranged a few things):

Applicant Documents
- VFS priority shipping receipt
- Return shipping label
- Cover Letter-signed
- Application (signed on 2 pages)
- VAF4a Appendix 2
- email receipt for IHS payment
- Refusal letter
- My current and expired passports
- passport photo

Sponsor Documents
- Certified copy of husband's UK passport
- Support letter from my husband- signed

Financial Documents
- 6 months original payslips
- 6 months original bank statements
- letter from the accountant
- Employment letter
- Employment contract
- P60

Accommodation Documents
?

Relationship Documents
- Marriage certificate - certified copy
- Pictures of us together - I would take out the Facebook photos... you only want to include 2 photos, ideally printed on proper photo paper. I'd go for one from the wedding and one from early in the relationship
- copies of joint travel itenararies
- plane/train ticket stubs from travels

- Screenshots of correspondence when we are apart

Photocopies of all original documents you want to be returned

Great, thanks. We have addressed the accommodation in the employer letter and contract - both state that accommodation is included as part of my husband's employment contract and that I have permission to live with him. We didn't think it was worth adding a separate piece of paper to say the same thing we had said in 3 other places - or do you think we should?

Ah, yes - I remember.

No, you don't need to add a separate piece of paper - it was just that because there was no mention of it in your list, it made me think you had forgotten to include it (and I didn't remember that it was part of the employment contract).

Great, thanks!! I'm sure I will check it a hundred times before we send it in!

My application arrived at Sheffield at 815am UK time,  and I've already received my confirmation email,  so I guess this is BD #1! It's like dejavu, constantly checking tracking numbers and BD calculators.  Hopefully it won't take as long this time and we get a big fat YES!

Hi SoonIndevon, good luck with everything, I have everything crossed for you. Reading this thread has brought back a lot of emotions, I was the case KFdancer referred to back on the first page that was the most upsetting. We had assumed that because we had to produce our divorce papers to get a marriage licence in TN that that would be good enough for UKVI, and we learned the hard way that nothing can be assumed with them. I know exactly what you've been through, there's no worse feeling than that refusal, but you've been getting excellent advice from the same wonderful people who dragged me up from despair, they really are the best. I hope it all gets sorted out quickly, we submitted our first application on 30th September, had the refusal, a resubmission, and my wife was here on 22nd November, so even though every minute feels like an eternity right now, you should hear really soon. Good luck, we all have everything crossed for you  :)
