She'll be fine.  Married or not, all she has to prove is that she intends to leave.  Don't get her all wound up as IMO, people get themselves into unnecessary trouble when they are nervous.

Are we right, experts? :)

Being a non-visa national, she applies at the Port of Entry as a family visitor who is maintaining her relationship with her husband.  All aspects of Paragraph 41 apply.

If she has a pejorative immigration history, or otherwise cannot satisfy Paragraph 41, she applies at a British Consulate General for entry clearance as a family visitor who is maintaining her relationship with her husband.

In both cases, she is entitled to right of appeal, either in the UK or abroad.  Non-family visitors do not get appeal rights.

To the notion of lying about her marital status, she not only forfeits her appeal rights, she also would fail to disclose a material fact regarding her intent in the UK, and doing that flirts with a 10 year ban for deception.

This. As long as she's honest about her intentions, answers honestly when the IO asks her questions, and has proof that she has commitments back in the US, she'll be okay. And it helps to relax a bit as well; the IO might have more cause for concern if she's shifty or nervous, even though she's not trying to hide anything.

And I'm jealous, getting married in Hawaii sounds nice :)
