Friday Five!

1.  Feeling happy after having dinner last night with two old high school friends.  Lots of laughing, reminiscing and catching up on who's doing what now.
2.  Feeling happy after looking at my son's end-of-school year kindergarten work.  Especially love the stick person self portrait!   
3.  Looking forward to MIL's visit; she arrives one week from today.
4.  Proscrastinating on the housework required to get ready for above visit.
5.  I love grocery shopping and am content planning the list for when I go later on today.

1. got my roots done!
2. got yet another higher offer on our house.
3. played Wii with the kids most the day. Not sure that's a good thing!
4. Frank made dinner for the kids
5. I'm still in love! 

1.  went in 2 hours early do do a favour for a client, which will never be properly appreciated.

2.  forgot to post a parcel at dinnertime -- apologies to my eBay buyer.

3.  had a very bad hair day

4.  weighed myself and found i was 3 pounds lighter

5.  tried very hard not to swear today, but failed.

1. sorted out tickets to Cambridge tommorrow

2. went shopping for summer clothes and groceries

3. chatted with a mate about our plans for tommorrow night's showgirl party

4. decontaminated the house and did the laundry

5. cooked a lovely lamb meal with apple pie dessert and had it outside in the garden

1.  Making white wine sangria today (so yummy)
2.  Had a lovely egg white scramble for brekkie
3.  Going to the Vegan Faire in city center tomorrow (with sangria in hand!)
4.  Our new Skype phone came today
5.  Boy is coming home tonight and putting together our new patio furniture

1. Finally started reading for this paper I have due shortly
2. My house in Baltimore is re-rented! Woohoo!
3. Had a horrible night sleep due to a sore throat, but slowly feeling better today.
4. Saw pictures of my friend's new baby
5. Sent off an application for yet another job. Fingers crossed!

1.  Issue with DF still not sorted but we are speaking tonight.  My stomach is in knots.
2.  Chocolate cake at 8:30 in the morning due to a friend at work's birthday.
3.  Just extremely physically and emotional worn down.
4.  Really, really don't want to be at work today.
5.  I could really use a big bear hug and a shoulder to cry on.  :\\\'(

My Friday Five...
1. We're shopping for a new crib for Isabelle tonight
2. I'm so glad this week is almost over. Can't wait to get away from a certain co-worker
3. It's supposed to cool off and not be so damn hot tonight.
4. Planning to pick up a new book to read over the weekend
5. Looking forward to watching DH assemble the new crib

2. Work is slow for today
3.  My office supplies that I ordered came in today
4.  I'm having a good hair day
5.  IT'S FRIDAY!!!!

1. I sorted out the house so I have the weekend free

2. jessica's bears have arrived and the seller even sent me a letter of party ideas and invitations which is brilliant

3. I didn't get pressured to go to the coffee morning by the school mum covent

4. I don't have to cook tonight

5. I managed to sort out my portfolio for tues interview

1. Our buyer's surveyor came out today.

2. we sent in all our paperwork to our solicitors for the preparation of contracts.

3. Our mortgage was approved

4. Samson got a good brushing albeit on one side only because he refused to sit still for the other side.

5. I have the migraine from hell!

1.  i think im getting a cold sore, and i've never ever had one before!! 
2.  i made ice lollies out of pear puree
3.  im hoping the postal strike wont start until AFTER i've received my beautiful new bag that i bought on eBay.
4.  someone told me i was gorgeous today.  (no he did not have a dog and a stick, but.. maybe just has odd taste!)
5.  im not cooking tonight

1. Going to work early means getting out early. 

2. I have made very poor eating choices today and I don't care. 

3. I got something cool in the mail. 

4. I made it through yet another day without killing the psycho locum. 

5. I'm soooooo happy the weekend has arrived.

LOL about the dog and stick.  Hey, a compliment like that from anyone is always a nice thing.

1.  Only been up a little while and already had a few laughs from comments on here.
2.  School ended yesterday and doesn't start back up until June 18th so a little break.
3.  Have another Clive Owen DVD to watch. (mmmm Clive)
4.  Got woken up too early on the first day I've had to sleep in.  
5.  It's Friday!  My sweetie gets off work early.

1. It's Friday!!! 
2. Celebrating my 10 year anniversary with DH Saturday night - nice dinner and out to see our friend's band.
3. Rain forecasted for the next seven days.
4. Not much housework to do this weekend - wash sheets and clean a bathroom.
5. Gotta remember to send off my brother's birthday card this weekend.
