I FedExed my documents to the NY consulate Monday night and got the email today that my visa had been issued!!! I'm in shock!  :o I didn't expect it for weeks seeing as I didn't use a courier. Oh sweet relief!!!

Thank you VERY VERY VERY VERY much to the people on this board who answered my many (and often ridiculous) questions. Vicky, Gary, Tannersarms...and those whose names presently escape me.

Thank you thank you thank you!  :D

That was REALLY fast.

Just wish LA could do the same...

Thank you everyone, like I said I'm in shock! When I saw that I had a message from them I thought it might be bad news (like I forgot something, etc). It just seemed too soon!

May everyone else be as fortunate as I have been! Fingers crossed for everyone!  :)

Thank you again.  :)

My fiance was home when my visa arrived an hour ago. The consulate returned all of my documents in mint condition! I was really only hoping for my university diploma but they sent it all back (minus the binder). I'm really impressed! I have nothing but fabulous things to say about the NY consulate!!!  :D
