The merger between the IPS and the GRO is complete, and they are now conducting an online survey on the best ways to combine their services and internet presence.
UKY members use the IPS to obtain British passports, and the GRO of course is where the majority of UKY's in-country marriages take place.

If you are completely stumped about a possible improvement to suggest, you can always ask them to stop manhandling our naturalization certificates in the post following a passport application. Naturalization certificates occupy an important place in a family's history and are meant to be passed along into family archives. I think the way they are hastily folded and stuffed into ill-fitting envelopes is disgraceful, but that's strictly a personal opinion.
