Not just a computer game, it's also on consoles  ;D

I get the feeling the distinction will be lost on those who don't play... ;)
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!
8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

haha yeahh... I'm just being pedantic :) It's just one of my irrational pet peeves I think so I have to point out it's two different things (as a person who enjoys all kinds of games) for some reason lol

That's a fair assessment!

No, it's fair, though!  We don't own any consoles, so only play PC versions of games.  So we do play computer games.  But I quit playing console games when controllers started having more than a d-pad and jump and shoot (A & B) buttons (I played a lot of NES back in the day!).  It was just too complicated.

I did play games on Wii briefly when that came out, but that platform seemed a bit faddish.  Later I inherited my brother's (?) PS3 when he got something else (or a new one just because?  I don't know... he gets all the consoles).  I used it for playing Blu-rays and watching Netflix.  Strangely, I had my own copy of Gran Turismo 5 that I played at a friend's house (they had a better space for the steering wheel I bought, and they didn't have GT5)... I didn't play any games on my PS3.

When my husband first mentioned PC games, I moaned, saying, "I can't handle the number of buttons on a console controller... I could never cope with a keyboard!"  He convinced me to try (he really wanted to play games, but he hates to do things that leave me out... he can't enjoy it if he thinks I'm feeling neglected or bored), and then said we could use a controller if I found that the keyboard was too hard.  But it turns out, I took to the keyboard like a fish to water.  It feels so natural to me.  And now I get to play games other than racing games and puzzle games again!

I'm really going to 'date' myself now!  ::)
Apart from solitaire on my laptop, I have never played a computer game or a console game apart from... PacMan in the pizza parlour, circa 1980!

I also played PacMan in a pizza parlour (Chuck E. Cheese is a pizza parlour, right?... oh, also Shakey's and Pizza Hut), in the early 80s!  In 1983, my family got our first console: ... ColecoVision. All the cool kids had Atari. :(

I'm the same. I turned 47 yesterday and the only time I've ever played any kind of game was PacMan on my cousin's Atari console and it was once. I have Sudoku on my phone and I can only play one game a week. I guess the game fever passed me by.

Hello fellow Leo! Mine's tomorrow!
The usual. American girl meets British guy. They fall into like, then into love. Then there was the big decision. The American traveled across the pond to join the Brit. And life was never the same again.

I was promised bigos this week, and then my mate got ill and cancelled our plans, so then Mr Seahorse promised that, the night we had plans, we'd go for bigos, and then HE got a cold, and by then I had reached obsessive levels of bigos desire, so I've gone and made it myself, and it's utter perfection, and I'm not sharing. OK, maybe I let Mr Seahorse have some, but only because he was looking ill and pathetic.

(Sorry, I'm a non-Minecrafter.)
