Tier 1 Renewal?

I know that the PBS just got put into place last year, but does anyone know what the renewal policy is (even though I would be doing it in 2012). I am applying for a job and they are asking me details on how I am going get a visa (w/o sponsorship) when my Tier 1 expires.

Does anyone have any knowledge on this?

It's all on the UKBA page. You apply for a 2 year extension of Tier 1. Theoretically it's easier, because you don't have to provide all the evidence again, except for the maintenance funds, and if claiming points for salary that will have to cover the new 12 month period.
