Does anyone know how long it takes for Sheffield to return visa/documents after decision has been made? Do you schedule UPS to pick up or do they automatically just put the lable you paid for on envelope and ship it out?
Mine were sent using the label I included in my application packet. I didn't have to do anything extra. They were put in the mail the same day that I got the decision email (which I now realize is a very quick turnaround!).

If Sheffield work on Saturday, do they class that as a business working day too? Normally it's Mon-Fri that's classed as a week?

Do they work? Certainly not quickly!! Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays are not classed as working days.

Thank you - they spent most of their time faffing around, guess they class that as work.

I really hope that they're right but I'd take it with a pinch of salt until you get the official email or your tracking starts to move.

Fingers crossed it's good news, I'd wait for that email you get - that's official, can't trust UKVI at the moment.

wait wait wait

Reading that J2J has a decision (according to the call center) and that they are 1 BD behind me I just checked the UPS tracking for my application and it says "Order Processed: Ready for UPS"

DOES THAT MEAN I HAVE A DECISION?! Can I be excited? Is this the light at the end of the tunnel?

YES!!!!! Although I do suggest giving them a call to double check :-)))
I called them once and then after a while called them again to make sure a different person gave me the same answer lol
