What Forms?

Okay, so i'm going to sit DH down soon to file his US taxes. He's always efilled in the past but as I am an NRA spouse we can't efile right?

I just want to check that I am printing the right forms off as there seem to be so many! My husband didn't work for the whole of 2010 but our bank account did go over $10,000

So I need:

Form 1040 (or is this 1040EZ? What id the difference?) And he files as married filing seperately putting NRA where it asks for my SSN?
1040 Schedule B
Form TD F 90-22.1 (FBAR)

Is there anthing else?  There are somany various forms I have no idea whats going on! I'm sure DH would have a better idea but I would like to keep it clear in my own head!
