Baseball in SW London
« on: July 24, 2012, 05:41:57 PM »
Hi,

My name is Nicholas Hadley and I manage Richmond Baseball and Softball Club, based near Ham House in Richmond, SW London.

We're a well established club with three adult teams (age 15 and above) teams in the British Baseball leagues and a youth camp (ages 8-14) during August. Our softball section is currently dormant, but if we get enough interest we're considering entering a team into the Greater London Mixed Softball League for 2013. We have two baseball diamonds and share a great clubhouse with a local football club, including a full bar/lounge.

We currently have approx 50 members from many nationalities but we're always looking for new players and volunteers, where you're interested in scoring, umpiring, coaching or just want to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon watching amateur baseball.

You can find out more information on our website; newcomer link: http://www.londonbaseballsoftball.com [nonactive] , or you can email me at nicholas.hadley[at]londonbaseballsoftball.com for more information.

Our league season runs from April through August but we practice more or less year round, so please get in touch if you're interested.

Regards,
Nicholas Hadley

Very interesting. I'm planning on moving to Teddington in September. If all goes well with the visa I'll be shooting you an email to get in touch.
