Yeah I can deal with the wrinkles ... It's the grey hair that's driving me crazy ...

Ohhhh ... Per my tracking, it left Donnington GB, has arrived AND departed Philly PA, and has arrived in Louisville KY ... Getting closer to Vegas... Now I'm really on pins & needles ....

Yay NMF!!! ITs in the US!!!
I've developed this weird tick where I've begun biting my lip first thing when I begin checking my email in the morning. And per hubby, I stop breathing!

OMG .... I have been biting the inside of my cheek ... It's all torn up ....

I talked to UPS again today ... So thrilled it's finally on its way ... But was also told it's going to cost me another $100.00 to get it once it's here ... Talk about being nickel and dime'ed to death ...  

Or maybe I should say ... Pound and penced ...

I clench my teeth in my sleep normally, but since I've been waiting for my visa I chewed clear through my guard down to the hard plastic. Three years I've had that thing and it only took 6 weeks at home to destroy it. I keep hoping that someone ahead of me will give us good news so I have some shred of hope to hang onto.

20 March: "confirmation" email that process has begun
26 April: upgraded to priority processing

28 April: assigned to an ECO, requests more documentation
1 May: "a decision has been made" e-mail (visa approved 29 April)
2 May: visa arrives; returned to the UK

Right now from where I live, the lowest price for May 11-12th is $1,025 then it starts shooting up like crazy... So hopefully on Monday if it's still the same I'm going to use the FareLock tool with united to lock that price in for 3 days, it costs $7.99 but it's worth it if prices increase drastically

I know when my hubby and I were apart, it was so crazy! I can only imagine how this is for you. Hope your able to Skype and chat daily, its the only thing that got both of us thru it.

Its SO FRICKEN HOT today!! I am melting! I want to in the UK already! Sippin a Latte in our favorite cafe and enjoying the fresh air.......

Apparently because UPS international attempted 3 times to re pick it up, they charged my local UPS ... So I have to reimburse them ... It does suck BUT I'll be happy when it's over ... I just hope I did every thing right and I was approved ... (No other reason they wouldn't unless I forgot something)

Look for the app SKYSCANNER ... It's free ... And there's some great prices in there, even for flights in the near future (within a week or so)

Example ... I just did a search for April 28th departure .... One way from Vegas to Gatwick and came up with one on British Airways for $540.00 ...  Now that's a GREAT price !!!
