You may not be alone
« on: October 21, 2007, 01:48:28 PM »
Hi. My name is Ayoubob. I am a phantom vibrations sufferer.

You know how you can 'feel' your mobile (cell) vibrate just before it actually starts to vibrate? (Similar to the way your computer screen goes wonky just before your phone rings if it is near the screen).

Well I have experienced, many times, the feeling of my phone about to start to ring. BUT my phone was not on my person nor did the phone ring (it was on the desk or the table in another room). I have actually, on occasions, pulled my phone out of my pocket because I thought it was about to ring. I have never mentioned this as I thought this might be the first signs of some obscure certifiable illness. (OK OK another certifiable illness in my case).

Well last night, I finally mentioned it to a few people. They had never heard of this and gave me a wide berth. Ah OK, right AB, keep quiet lest they call the men in white coats.

Well what should I come across this morning...

I AM NOT ALONE.

Are you a sufferer?

Ohhh, but first, are you vibrated?
Have you ever been vibrated?
Well I have.
Uh, let me prove it to you, yeah
Ring tones and ramping I can-uh, feel in the distance
I think they're resounding our name
Maybe now you cant feel them,
But you will, ha-ha, if you just
Take hold of my hand
Ohhh, but first, are you vibrated?
Have you ever been vibrated?
Not necessarily shaken, but reverberated
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.
