I have to say, I have been overwhelmed by all of the support I received when Chubbs was missing, from friends and family, to total strangers. One good thing that came out of all of this is that we've really gotten to know our neighbors, and they are all such lovely, caring people.  They always ask about the cat, they've called or knocked on our door just to get a status on Chubbs. I am so happy I can share this happy ending with everyone!  :)

Pleased to hear it had a happy ending. Hopefully now he'll stay home long enough to get his bearings before he ventures out again!

Thanks!  He was about a 1/4 mile from our house - not terribly far, but he did manage to cross a fairly busy street.  I would love to know what happened out there. He doesn't like to drink his water from his bowl anymore - only either the tap or the loo so far!! LOL

I'm really happy to hear that Chubbs has returned! I was afraid to look at the other thread every time I saw a new post, fearing the worst.

Give him a scratch and his favourite treats from all of us who thought of him!
