I understand once you’ve revoked this election there’s no going back.
2 questions:
If the NRA for who’s 6013(g) election was revoked, does this mean that if that spouse became a Green Card holder, would you always have to file MFS?
Can you revoke in the same year? So for example if come tax filing before April 15 2023 (perhaps June 15th if the automatic extension applies) does this mean the spouse would not need to file and the U.S Citizen would file MFS for 2022?
