Hello everyone!
The BRP arrived - yippeeeee!
But it has no instructions as to what to do with the old one. When we we got FLR the instructions were to cut the old one up and send it back. The ILR came with no instructions.
The accompanying letter states :
The ambition is to phase out physical documents before the end of 2024.as we move towards a system of online evidence.
We are introducing an aligned BRP and National Insurance Number process.
Any suggestions what we should do?
