So I’ve just logged back into the application to add on the parking tickets and after selecting the right option it says I need to declare any penalties if 3 or more have been received? My husband received 2 so I think I don’t need to declare them?

I would still declare everything, it's by far safer to over rather than under declare.

From guide AN.

Quote
.Fixed penalty notices such as those issued under the coronavirus Regulations, or for traffic offences such as speeding or parking tickets must also be disclosed, although will not normally be taken into account unless you have failed to pay and there were criminal proceedings as a result, or you have received multiple fixed penalty notices in a short space of time.

I received a penalty for driving in a bus lane and also saw that notice about only needing 3 or more, but decided to enter it anyway to be safe!

Hi all hope you are all well. My husband has his biometrics later this month so thought I would just double check exactly which documents we need to submit. Very grateful to anyone who can have a quick glance:

Husband’s current and expired passports
National ID card
BRP
My passport
Marriage certificate
Ecctis Certificates
University degree certificates and transcripts
Referee forms

Have I missed anything out? It looks so sparse compared to all the visa applications!

Today it is 6 months since biometrics.

This arrived this morning:

“ We aim to process all applications within 6 months from the date submitted.  However, in certain circumstances this target is not possible. Following our assessment of your case, unfortunately it appears your application will not be processed within the 6 month target.

We are sorry for the delay in dealing with this application which has been caused by an IT issue. We have reported the issue, will ensure it is resolved as soon as possible and will expedite completion of your application when it is resolved. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a specific time scale for completion at this time. “

That's good news. It's not you, it's them. Keep on hanging in there Blossom, I hope it comes soon.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

I think I am almost ready to submit the documents but have read some conflicting things online, do I need to attach any financial documents relating to my husband’s employment or our children’s passports?
