So upset right now, biometrics appointment was on Wednesday, went straight to UPS after to send out my passport and stamped appointment letter from from the application support center, paid $198 for next day shipping to the VSF office in NY and was horrified when I checked the tracking number to see that it had not been delivered, non of the fields had been completed normally when you send something tracked like that it shows you when and where it had been scanned, all the tracking number is showing is "delivery date will be updated as soon as possible" I went back to the UPS store that I shipped it from and they said it may be lost in the system somewhere and then I can file a claim for a refund!!!!
Im so upset, what does this mean for my application? I know I had 5 days from biometrics appointment to get the passport to VSF office in NY but it looks like ill have to apply for a new passport altogether, what about the application fee that ive piad? Will I get a refund? Im in pieces. Any advice please.
