Got my ILR
« on: October 09, 2022, 05:41:43 PM »
Applied early June, completely on line.  Received October 2.  4 months, standard application.  I expected it to take longer since we didn’t pay any extra to expedite.  Zero notification other than a delivery notice.  Another hurdle leapt.  Next up, citizenship in one year.

You don't have to wait a year as you're married to a British Citizen. You can go ahead and apply as soon as you have your ILR BRP.  :)

Congratulations!

Great news and get that application going whenever you want.  You don’t have to sacrifice your passport!
