ILR Super Priority--no response

Hi all,
I did my biometrics appointment on Monday morning for ILR. I've not heard a word since. I've checked spam/junk emails (several times a day as you can imagine).

I thought I booked super priority. I don't have an itemized invoice, but I do have a receipt showing I paid 3204.00 GBP, so £800 more than the standard £2,404.

Any words of assurance or advice? I don't have any urgent travel concerns, but obviously I'm starting to get a bit frustrated with the lack of response.
