British Naturalisation - 5 years route (not married to a British citizen)

Hi guys,

- my wife has submitted her AN FORM on 18/08/2022.

- she is providing a letter from employer as "proof of living in the UK for 5 years (EEA citizen) dated 11/08/2022.

-her biometrics will be on 28/09/2022 (paid for scan and checking)

The employer letter will be "49 days old" on the day of UKVCAS appointment.

I have always known that a letter of employer shouldn't be older than a month:

1) Since the application submission date OR since the biometrics appointment?

2) Should she ask for another letter close to the UKVCAS appointment date OR the one she has is OK to submit?

Hope someone is able to help me with this issue, thanks in advance!

My wife has submitted her AN form (5 years route).

There is a 3 page "Family consent form" to submit as a mandatory action:

She is signing "part 1" (because she is the applicant).

- Part 3 not relevant to application (no financial sponsor).

She is only providing documents in her own name (but she did provide my name obviously, in husband details of An form).

Do I have to sign myself "Part 2 of the form" (spouse)

I'm the doubt, is there any harm in signing it anyway (just for peace of mind)?

She is a dual italian/venezuelan national.

Yesterday she just got her new Venezuelan passport, but to our surprise, her "Place of birth" has changed.
Instead of the city, it shows the state where the city belongs (The Venezuelan authority is doing that with all passports).

We are very worried, because she will need to send all her uncancelled passports with her application:

Can this discrepancy lead to a refusal?

All previous passports show Caracas VEN in place of birth, the new one shows: Distrito Capital VEN.

Can someone give me some advice please?

  I don't have any specialist knowledge, but I can't see why this would be a problem.  She's a UK citizen and has a right like everyone else to a passport.  That can't be denied because of some small discrepancy on another passport.  Not to mention the practical aspect that they probably won't even notice and even if they did will just assume that Caracas VEN and Distrito Capital VEN are essentially the same thing. 
My opinion is that this is not worth worrying about.

I think you do need it.  Proof of identity to ensure they aren't giving the certificate to someone off the streets!
