BRP Post office closed down

Hi guy. During the whole application process, this group has been so helpful for me. I’ve just arrived UK yesterday. However, when I came to the post office (Kings Cross) to collect my BRP today, it has been closed and there’s no signs outside to show any information. I went to the website as the HO’s guidelines but I still haven’t figured out what I can do yet. Does anyone know and experience this situation. Any advices would be much appreciate. Thanks a lot

Which branch was it that you were supposed to go to? I was just going to see if there was any information published online about it being closed.

If there’s a problem with picking up your BRP, you can report it on the UKVI website here:

I suggest finding the closest proper Post Office Branch to the closed one, go there and ask them.   

They might have further information or a protocol they are following to deal with those letters they keep like that.
