When to Appy for my ILR

Hello all.  Just wanted to confirm when I would be able to apply for my ILR?  My BRP is valid until 9th Feb. 2024.  I believe with my FLR app I couldn't apply until 60 days before the BRP expiration, though I may be misremembering that. 

So.. Dec. this year?  (Seems odd as I entered the UK 1st Nov. 2018 so that is technically more than five years later.)

Did you enter the country as a spouse or a fiancé?

You can apply from 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your entry if you came in on a spouse visa. If a fiancé, it's 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your first grant of FLR(M).
