Amazing news! I had my biometrics beginning of November for citizenship. No updates yet. What was the email title/address when you got the update? I'm always concerned I'm going to miss it if it goes to spam/promotions!
Mine actually came from Lancashire council which is in charge of the ceremony. It says the following:
Your successful application for British Citizenship – Ceremony Invitation
Congratulations - the Home Office has approved your application for British Citizenship and we have received your Certificate of Naturalisation. Lancashire County Council is responsible for your citizenship ceremony.
You need to book in at a Citizenship Ceremony to receive your Certificate of Naturalisation. During the ceremony you will –
• take an oath or affirm your allegiance to the King
• Give a pledge of loyalty to the United Kingdom.
You must attend a ceremony by 04/07/2023.
The email further on said I will receive a letter or email from the Home Office in the next day or two.
