Good evening,

We're currently on spouse visa #2 en route to ILR and then Citizenship.

When building up bank/credit card (paper) statements for proof of residence, do the statements have to have a minimum number of POS (Point of Sale) transactions to prove you've been spending time at your area/city of residence? Or would online transactions to build out the contents of the statement be sufficient (e.g. Amazon purchases)? Or is this completely irrelevant, you simply need the statements with your name and address, even if it only had a single transaction?

Thanks in advance.

If you are using the bank statements for the correspondence requirement, there don't need to be any transactions at all on them.
