ILR document-Sanity check
« on: March 02, 2023, 11:11:10 AM »
Happy Thursday everyone,

About to apply for ILR this weekend (waiting on a final bank statement) and just wanted to make sure my docs were ok, if someone wouldn't mind having a look.

My last FLR-M was approved in Oct 2020, so I started mail 4 months later in Feb '21 and did 4 month increments.

Accommodation docs

October 2022

**we don't use this account much so there are no transactions listed, is this still ok to use or do I need to find something else?**

Extra accommodation documents:
latest Mortgage statement (husband's name) dated January 2023
latest council tax bill (joint names) dated 3rd March 2023
*I am not on the mortgage, do I need a letter from him stating that I reside at the property or is the council tax bill enough?*

Financial requirement:
Payslips from August 2022 to February 2023
Bank Statements from August 2022 to Feb 23 with matching deposit dates and amounts
Latest p60
job contract
letter from employer stating when he started, his role, and his raises over the past several years as well as confirmation of his pay for the time covering the payslips above.

Rest of docs

sponsor UK passport
marriage certificate.
We have no children or divorces.

Please can someone have a look?  :) thank you so much!
