Asking for a quick check of my documents.x
« on: March 31, 2023, 07:19:41 AM »
Hello! My last visa is rapidly approaching (ILR) so may I please have a quick check that I am not leaving out anything vital.   Six months of my husbands pay stubs,  his bank statements, six months of residency docs ( mail) a landlord statement with lease. Of course the application and put as well as the living in Britain certificate. Am I missing anything? Is the IRL application in a certain place on the Gov website? Thank you for reviewing!x

The application form is called SET(M),If you find that, you're in the right place.

Most people need 7 months of pay slips and bank statements to make sure you cover the exact same 6 month timeframe. You'll need an employer letter, as before.
It's 2.5 years of correspondence documents with the remaining criteria the same as your FLR application.
You will also need your marriage certificate and any divorce certificates.

You want this one: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/application-to-settle-in-the-uk-form-setm/apply-online-form-setm

I'd searched for ILR family route because I had brain fog and forgot it was called SET(M), and ended up on a completely different leave to remain application somehow - even though it asked the partner questions. Thankfully hadn't submitted yet so was able to restart on the correct one.
