ILR questions
« on: March 24, 2023, 12:11:50 PM »
My GP is finally returning my LIUK medical exemption form (I hope), so although much later than intended I'm working on the ILR digital application. We have to request all the financial documents again as they expired, but working through the online form I am a bit confused about two questions.

One asks about travel outside the UK within the last 10 years of more than 150 days. Is that *once you've moved here* or for the 10 year period? Obviously for the 5 years before I moved I was outside the UK.

The question about speeding & parking tickets now says you only need to tell them if there has been more than 3, so do you choose No on the previous screen, or choose yes and just say fewer than 3 in the written space?

Thanks for your help as always.

So I found out I'd started the wrong form and the above questions don't apply. Brain fog isn't fun.

I've now finished most of the SET(M), but on the section for good character are you meant to add anything saying you do have good character? It asks for any other comments about your good character after y/n questions.

And there is a question about caring needs, my partner is my unpaid carer but I think that question only applies if you have a paid carer? I just want to make sure because if you choose yes it requires a letter from a specialist, but my GP has never prescribed caring - I just physically can't do a lot of things now.

Thanks. We are hoping to submit tonight if any super priority slots are available.
