ILR document question
« on: June 20, 2023, 10:43:08 AM »
I'm applying for ILR and just noticed that my document names don't match the guidance.   There are dots instead of dashes in my file names like "payslip 2023.05.01.pdf" not "payslip 2023-05-01.pdf."  They want the latter (dashes).  Does anyone know if this really makes a difference?  Would they reject the application on this basis?

Wondering if anyone had a similar experience (hopefully positive) before I spend hours renaming and reuploading.  Thanks!

I think its a potential filesystem problem, their computers may not be able to properly open them if the files are named 2023.05.01.pdf when transferred from sopra steria.

Did the full preview load okay when you uploaded it? Personally I'd probably rename them just because I wouldn't want to risk any delays or missing documents.

Thanks.  Yes the file preview worked fine but guess I should suck it up and reupload to be safe.
