Do I need just a statement from my landlord?
« on: May 04, 2023, 12:12:57 PM »
Hello!  I am preparing my last visa. ILR
Do I need just my landlords written statement saying how long my husband and I have lived there and are in good standing. Or does he need to send the entire lease again? We have not signed a new lease so I still have the copy I sent last time. I am not sure if they even need all that ( many pages long!)or will his letter suffice? Thank you!

The accommodation requirements are the same for ILR as got FLR, so you send the same as last time:
- all pages of the lease

If both your names are on the lease, you do not need a letter from the landlord.
