How to find US remote jobs in the UK?

This morning I was wondering how one finds a (either part-time or full-time) remote job in the US when living in the UK? I've looked online and just can't seem to find them very many. I have plenty of experience in IT (MS 365 Admin, tech support, procurement), Facilities and Internal comms, and while have a full time job already, the thought of a US position with the higher salary seems like something that might be worth doing?

Good luck, I've often thought the same thing about working in the US.  I've never pursued it because of the start late and work late schedule which would ruin my family life.  Still, it would be attractive to get paid a decent salary. 

Do they have head hunters?
