ILR 5 Year Route Super Priority - Have we messed up?
« on: July 08, 2023, 05:55:19 PM »
Right the way through the UK visa application form we’ve completed the marriage information until on page 9 there’s a question “Are you currently married or in a civil partnership with another person?” We assumed this meant someone other than ourselves so answered no…we’re now second guessing ourselves because the questions about my divorce papers and previous marriage didn’t come up as they did in the FLR (M). We’ve already submitted the application…have we a) messed up? And b) is there anything we can do about it if we have?

Sounds to me like it should have been yes. If you have submitted and paid you cannot change your answers.
My best suggestion would then be for you to include a letter of explanation with your documents explaining the situation.
