It's a little more work but I sent every page, including the small print type pages. My approach was, when faced with a choice and no clear answer, go with the more conservative approach. For peace of mind as much as anything.

The view I took was that as the date and end balance on one sheet married up with the date and starting balance on the next sheet it was obvious there were no gaps. But I agree peace of mind is an important consideration.

The lady wife got a couple of emails..

The visa application for GWF ref no. GWF.. was received at the UK Processing Centre on Sep 08, 2023. Your processed visa application will be dispatched via the provided UPS shipping label.

The processed visa application for GWF reference number GWF....... is dispatched via courier on Sep 08, 2023...

Does this mean what we think it means!?

Certainly sounds like it. For us, the first email was to confirm return of the passport via UPS with the visa vignette endorsed in it. We then received the decision letter a few days later (although we had to chase for it).
