Hi there,

I am currently in the process of filling out the application for my extension on my spouse Visa.  My visa expires Nov 21, 2023 and I am planning to file the application mid Nov 2023.  Below are questions that I have come across and not sure how to proceed.  Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

-Travel History - Is this inclusive of my travel history from the date I moved here or only pertaining to my travel history during my time on my current spouse visa? I moved here on a youth mobility visa 4 years ago.  I was on that visa for 2 years and now I am on the spouse visa currently.  Wondering if I need to only put the travel history while on my current visa?

-I am putting together my documents to prove we live together.  I've had to piece this together because we don't have much in both names and wondering if someone could tell me if it will suffice for proof.  Does it have to be strictly every 4 months?  If I am applying in November 2023. Should it only be between Nov 2021-Nov 2022?  Or can I include October 2021?

-The energy letter in NOV 2021 isn't a bill but a letter in the post from the energy company.  I've used this because its dated in NOV 2021.  Would they accept this even though it's not a bill? But I do have energy bills spanning that time but it is sent in Jan 2022.  Should I include those too?

-Water Bill - This is addressed to me technically but at the top of the page, it says my husband's name as other "Liable persons" - does this count as joint or just me?

-Council Tax - Same as the water bill, I realised the council tax said my name and then my husband as "Liable persons" I did get that changed in JUNE 2022 but the previous council tax bills are addressed to me and say that my husband is "liable persons" - Should I include a letter explaining the mistake?

-I also have our tenancy agreement with both our names but that is from Jan 2021, which is technically too early for the 2 years.  Could I attach this with a letter from our landlord saying that we still live here on a rolling contract?

-Because I thought I wouldn't have enough evidence, I also have letters from our personal pensions, unions, pet insurance. Would it be a good idea to include these? Or no?
